Anne Hathaway's boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, will not face charges for bouncing a check after The Manhattan District Attorney's office declined to prosecute him.
Follieri was arrested in April for allegedly writing a $215,000 bad check.
Manhattan DA spokeswoman Tracy Golden said he was cleared because he fully reimbursed John Morrongiello for the $215,000 check Follieri wrote him, and Morrongiello, of Colts Neck, N.J., no longer wishes to pursue the case. (more...)
