Here's our favorite Disney tween leaving a restaurant in Hollywood over the weekend with dad Billy Ray and boyfriend slash underwear model Justin. Ya know, the one's who's so "good-looking," he'd be hard to date!
I'm a big fan of the singer turned tabloid queen, but now she and Justin flash the peace sign in every pic. Give it a rest for one day, girl!
Of course, we'll take Miley flashing the peace sign over her flashing anything else!
